"Disgusting... food tasted old like it was under a heat lamp all day long, hushpuppies hard and dry fish and chicken dry on the inside and greasy on the outside fries was cold and greasy , you guys should be a shamed of yourself for serving that . Will never come back to the salem location again you don't even deserve 1 star."

"My fiancée picked up some food for me at the Salem "Long John Silver's" because I'm down sick and can't stomach much. I ordered the 2 fish/6 shrimp platter with hushpuppies and 2 sides. Not only did we not get either side we asked for (extra hushpuppies and coleslaw), but the fish tasted stale and greasy, and the shrimp were all chewy. Everything tasted like it had been under a warmer for 2 hours. The only things that tasted half decent were the 2 hushpuppies. We're very disappointed! If we didn't live all the way across town, we would've come back and asked for a refund. Disgraceful."
