"The only reason I’m even writing a review is because Karen was a complete rockstar today. She was completely slammed and had 15 tables she was taking care of. I also work as a server and if I had this many tables my manager would have jumped in and done anything to help. Emily Banks should probably get a clue about the business she’s running and help her employees before they all find a better place to work. Pretty sad when you don’t support your staff working for tips. Did not see Emily once our entire visit. Thanks again, Karen. You deserve Emily’s hourly wage."

"I placed a carry out order and 3 of our meals had pancakes - they didn't give syrup or butter. I had another meal that didnt receive their side. I called and they had everything ready for me and even gave me banana bread. Thank you. I went back home to only find out that another meal didn't receive their bacon. Someone needs to make sure everything is the bag."

"I love Bob Evans and you will rarely hear me say a negative word about them and now is no exception. I want to count on things and this is exactly what I came here for and we were not disappointed. Great Bob Evans experience. By the way the sausage gravy I feel like I should be buried with it in my coffin. I like it a lot."

"The server was attentive and friendly. Refills were timely and the food came out of the kitchen relatively quickly. The quality of the food was extremely lacking though. I ordered the Double Meat Farmer’s Choice with extra crispy bacon for both meats, eggs over medium, extra crispy hash browns and hot cakes. When the food came out, some of the bacon was barely crispy and some was completely floppy, the hash browns were soggy, the eggs were over easy and the hot cakes were spongy to the point that they had to be torn apart rather than cut. Usually the experience is much better, and perhaps some of the issues could be chalked up to the time frame (5-6:30 PM on a weekday) but overall I was very disappointed."
