"Don't ever order from here through Doordash. My dasher was great, picked up and delivered on time, but the pizza and mozzarella sticks arrived cold, hard, soggy, you name it. The crust was dry like it was sitting out. Cheese hardened a long time before it got to us. I placed this order ahead of time for a specific later time and it was obvious it was made well before the alotted pickup time. Thank God Doordash refunded us, because I called the store and the "general manager" of the store had one heck of a too bad, so sad attitude. Didn't care at all. Lots of other delicious places in Salem that actually respect their customers."

"My mom comes to Medina a few times a month to see our kids and we always get Romeos for lunch when she visits. It is always fantastic. Realized there is one in Salem which she frequents often do to her residing in Canfield. She ordered pizza this evening from the Salem location for the first time and was highly disappointed (my mom is not one to make a stink about things). Said that the loaded crust pizza was mostly crust and not nearly as good as when we have it in Medina. Said that my dads sub was an absolute mess dripping sauce beyond what a sub should do…and most disappointing review were the wings….tiny and rubbery which couldn’t be more of the opposite of her experience with the Romeo’s here in Medina. Maybe a bad luck first go ?"

"Ordered a sandwich without tomato. Waited an hour for delivery, and it came with tomato. They refunded the cost, but refused to replace the order. I know, “pick it off”. However, I am highly allergic to tomatoes and the juice was all over the sandwich. Mistakes happen, but now I’m going elsewhere for lunch. Won’t order again."
