"Dr. BERDIS was abrupt and eager to indicate shoulder surgery as the only remedy. If this is all the orthopedic department can offer, I suggest you do better! There’s got to be a step two, step three, before surgery is advocated."

"The place is brand new. Check in went quick. Showed up 5 min before appointment and was called into the exam room about 5-8 min after check in. Sat in the room for about 40 min before seeing Dr. Berdis. Why schedule an appointment at 8 am and have to wait till 8:40 to be seen? Why are all doctor offices acting like this lately. Sorry I was early and on time for the appointment scheduled due to an accident I had. This sucks that we have health care that only cares when it's something massive and over the top. When he finally came in didn't even really exam the side of my leg with an issue. We talked for about 4 min and I walked out. So an appointment at 8 am and seen at 8:40am and left by 8:45am in my car. How silly!"
