"My wife and I have been patients at Optical Solutions for about 5 years. We both really like Dr. Moore. She is fantastic, she is detailed in her examinations and openly discusses her evaluation. The opticians are also fantastic! Our vision insurance provides for 1 exam and 1 pair of glasses each year. I usually get my glasses without any extra expense. My wife is a little extra because of her add ons. I’m wearing my newest glasses now, they are great! Definitely recommend!"
"I would not recommend this place to anyone I received my glasses they were poorly made the glass was sticking out of the frame , I live far so I had to take them back so they can fix them and it still is not right , incident 2 I wanted my bifocal taken out because it was not agreeing to my vision made me dizzy so one of the girls there told me I had to November of 2024 to come back and they can remake them. they wasted my time went back up there and a lady tells me that I only had 30 days from when I received my glasses that also was false.i spoke to the manager on the 28th and explained to her and she told me that she don't understand why she told me that when they know that is not the policy.so the manager said she will call my insurance company to see if it can be remake them the manager never called me back after she told me give her until Tuesday and that she would call me back and she did not .I will never go back to them ever again.dont go there you will be disappointed"
"I used to think this place was the best, but the last pair of glasses I got last year cost over $900. I didn't pick anything fancy either. Just last week I was gently wiping my glasses and they broke in two. Only 11 months old. Dr. More is great but their optical wear is to expensive and the product is cheap. Do go there."
"I'm 55 and this was the first eye exam I ever had. Very nice staff and the doctor was excellent, getting my glasses soon!!!"
