"Don’t go here. We were sent from INOVA Urgent Care to get chest X-rays for my daughter to check for pneumonia. They weren’t busy at all so after a short wait the technician pulled her back for her X-ray, having no idea what they were even checking her for, even though they have the orders. Then the tech told my daughter to sit back down and wait. After about 30 min of waiting, we asked the front desk for an update, but there is no update, the X-rays will be sent back to urgent care and we will hear from them. The front desk didn’t even know my daughter had already been seen. If we hadn’t asked, how long would they have let us sit there with my daughter feeling miserable? Later, I call for more information and was met with a snarky, not helpful or even caring receptionist. She didn’t even bother to ask for a patient name, she just repeated the same garbage over and over and wanted me off the phone. How can you work in the healthcare field and treat people like that?"

"We had wonderful service from all at Health Plex in Springfield VA for our son Antonio today. From Candy at the check-in to Angelique and Sara and one nurse I didn't see her name Blue head scarf on. Dr Kerma(sp) not sure, He was excellent, explained everything to us. Answering all our questions and let us know it was a virus and sinus infection and stay home, gave him a Drs note for his missing work. They also tested him for flu and COVID too. We were in and out very fast. Antonio is resting at home. We like going to Health Plex. Thanks for helping our Antonio. Love and Peace Debra and Ralph and family ❣️"

"Thank you Dr.Jaber for coming straight into my room and telling me you’re not going to treat my pain! Thank you for not doing your job and assessing me, for going straight for the jugular and ruining my morning! I’ve had wonderful experiences at this hospital with other providers but you have officially ruined it for me. I hope you experience severe, true, legitimate pain someday and are treated the exact same way! Maybe you need to reevaluate your career as an Emergency Room physician! Thank you for the worst experience and wasting my time and my money and making my life of constant pain and suffering even worse!"

"I’ve never seen this ridiculous wait time before with any ER ! My daughter and myself We we came 6 o’clock pm and we left 10 pm , she’s not even 2 years old We’ve been held all this time to be seen The whole process for doctor it took him 30 minutes I did ask for water and the nurse asks me what do you need the water for? EXCUSE ME ! we’re waiting all this and you are asking this question! My daughter was tired and hungry , they didn’t offer me anything for her until I asked them for diaper and something to eat and water Inova please do better!"

"I experienced great care here. No wait time. Doctor didn’t feel rushed. My nurse was super sweet. One of my least stressful ER visits ever. Would definitely go back (hopefully I don’t have to). Thanks!"
