"Terrible first of all when you call they put you on hold for about 15minutes plus everytime , I actually stood there and watch the lady who was not busy pick up the phone and put the phone down asking the patient to wait . So unprofessional they need to get it together , you've lost me as a patient"
"The most unprofessional office I’ve ever been to. I had been seeing a doctor there for over 3 years. We built a good relationship and I trusted her with my care. I had a monthly prescription for my OCD/Depression that I absolutely rely upon. I called in the request for a refill. No response so I figured it was fine to pick it up. The pharmacy didn’t get the order so they sent a fax request to this office. No response there, either. I called the next day and APPARENTLY the doctor I had been working with is no longer there. No call, no letter, nothing. Now they won’t refill my medication until I see a new doctor. I’m completely out and no appointments until next month. Absolutely shocking how they treat their patients. I’ll be seeking other medical providers immediately. The only good thing they have going for them is their nurse at the front desk."
"I have never had a Doctor that doesn't call back with diabetic test results. I have had my blood drawn twice there and after waiting 2-3 weeks I have to call and hunt my results down. That is unprofessional!!! I will be moving all of my medical care from them to another facility."
