"The office people were great. The corporate office, on the other hand is pathetic. They have no idea what's going on in the local level. There is no actual fitting of the devices at this location. I drove a long way to make this appointment for my elderly father and wasted everyone's day. And yes, this is the right location. 5 stars for the staff there, 0 star for the corporate office."
