"They killed my Stepmom. She has dementia, tried to cut her wrist (surface wound) in her nursing home after my Dad passed away and she was sent here. They let her sit in her wheelchair day and night in the dinning room. She did not eat or drink much for 3 weeks she was sent to the ER with a blood pressure of 60/40 and was put on hospice immediately and passed 11 days later. These people kill your loved one, DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE HERE!! charged insurance $61,000. Dr. Zedar is a joke."

"I admitted myself here for suicidal ideation in February of 2023. I wish I'd have written this review directly after leaving bc I would have much more to say. I cannot even bare to think about specifics of my experience there so I can only speak generally. It was absolutely horrendous. The doctor was terrible. The nurse practitioner was terrible, the nurses were terrible (even pressuring me to take medication for the first time in my life - one in particular was one of the worst people I'd come across in my entire life). The direct staff were mostly terrible. Did not feel cared about at all. Do not go here. Find somewhere else."

"Do NOT send your loved one to this horrible place. My disabled husband ended up there for four weeks instead of the usual two, for evaluation of prescriptions. When he was returned he weighed 15 lbs less, and had cuts on both legs, showing obvious neglect or abuse .I still cannot find out what happened to him. He cannot communicate with me so I will never know. Please do not send any loved one there who cannot communicate back to you. I am so sorry I allowed it, he was traumatized by this."

"My son was transported here yesterday. I have called 5 times within the last two days to be cold transferred, continually hung up on. Me and my questions or concerns were entirely disregarded. I understand HIPAA I was not asking anyone to do anything they shouldn’t. Only to be heard and treated with compassion and integrity. During one call I was supposed to be put on hold and was not, I could hear staff cursing in the background having inappropriate conversations. No one has had any contact with my son, we know NOTHING! & he’s hours away from home. Melissa NA was supposed to return my call Monday. It’s Friday and I have heard nothing & since left more voicemails. I am EXTREMELY WORRIED for my child. This place needs shut down!!!!!!!!!!"
