"Tried for 7 weeks to join Medical services company in Canton, Ohio, very poor service, I called them, each time was another excuse and another piece of information needed. Decided enough with me being proactive and begging to get sleep apnea supplies! Called Sleep Therapy Solutions, What a difference!!!, after my initial call, they told me what was needed and took over from there, contacting my Dr. and called back to verify they had what they needed .... including contacting my insurance company, 7 days ( 5 business days) Jeff called to inform me all was ready to come into there office in Hudson, Ohio and pick up my C PAP supplies and also pick up new C PAP machine I was over due for. Just look over their website, they provide forms and information for you ( the patient ), it's very evident that you are their main concern in every step of the process and not what is convenient for them! After the consultation picking up my equipment and setting up an automatic recurring supply replenishment program I went home, the next morning around 10:00 A.M. Jeff called to see how my first night went with the new machine and supplies, asking did I have any problems or questions about anything!!!! Who does this?... in my 15 years of dealing with sleep apnea and suppliers NEVER has anyone called to follow up... period until now. In my experience.... if you're looking for personal care and attention, professionals that look out for your best interests and not making another sale at your expense.....SLEEP THERAPY SOLUTIONS LLC. in Hudson is at the pinnacle, No Other supplier comes remotely close! If you don't call them, you are doing yourself a tremendous disservice! P.S. I don't write reviews, but was so impressed and happy from my experience with Jeff and Sleep Therapy Solutions I thought I would do a disservice to those individuals like me that need a quality company to take care of their medical needs without testifying with this review, letting it be known companies such as Sleep Therapy Solutions are out there setting the BAR for Knowledge service and good old fashion patient care!!!"
