"I was 30 mins late to appointment for finger printing and the nurse was super nice about it and I drove 30 mins to get there so I didn’t want to be turned away and have to reschedule. The machine doesn’t work well and should be updated but she was greatly patient to try my finger prints many, many times over and over again. My company had me come here so I most likely never need to return but I’d recommend for others."

"I work for a healthcare provider and every week I’m calling labcorp because something isn’t run or the results aren’t given to us. More recently the lab reported that an order was not sent with blood work, which is false because I was the one who sent the blood and the order together , so now they’re lying to cover themselves- the patient called them and was given a completely different story."
"Had an appt for my daughter’s blood draw. Doors were locked, no sign on the door, and office was dark. Six other people waiting in the parking lot for their appts. We all tried calling other sites and customer service and could not get through to anyone. Horrible customer service. Filled out a survey based on our “visit” and no reply to that either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
"This place has messed up my lab results with somebody else's and had me go on medication for my doctor because my cholesterol and everything was off the charts but it wasn't me because 3 months later everything was back to normal. I have the app on my phone so I follow my cholesterol triglycerides and everything very carefully. The last time I went the lady came in she was not wearing a mask I was I told her I was fully vaccinated and she told me that it was all a joke and that she would not wear a mask and that it was just propaganda. And when she stuck the needle in she stuck it in hard and it hurt like hell I even yelled then my arm was black and blue for the holidays. This woman never put a mask on. Did not feel safe in this office whatsoever."
