"Facility is clean. Sometimes they are efficient, I've had days when it takes an hour and I've had days that took over 2 hours. It really depends on who is working. What irritates me most is that they don't answer emails. I wasn't getting rewards for my donations for about 3 months. I still haven't got the rewards for it. My husband has over 3000 points to my 1200 and we have only had a couple times where he was the only one who donated. They offer my husband $110 a week for donating, I get $100, that's for 2 donations within a weeks time. I have emailed them 4 times and have not gotten any response."
"The staff has been wonderful to work with, facility is always immaculate and I'm treated very well every time I'm there. I've only had one time where the machine quit working but they were very attentive to make sure my donation was still usable and that my levels were good so I could leave. I've had absolutely no issues at all while donating and would recommend everyone to donate at this location."
"The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to try and help where and when they can. The facility is immaculate and clean. The staff are very professional and do their best to make the Plasma donation process work safely and efficiently. Definitely recommend if you or someone you know might want to donate to medical research and possibly save someone life."
"Very positive experience, especially working with Spencer. He is proficient at not only getting the IV in place but helpful with keeping Doners calm. He has a great sense of humor , Very friendly and professional. I like to get Spencer, but they are good."
"The facility is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I have been going to the facility for over 3 years now. My appointments are first thing in the morning and I enjoy it. I look forward to seeing my favorite employees. They make donating fun! A huge shout out to Betty! She is my go to gal and is always upbeat, smiling and happy. I enjoy seeing her. Katie is also amazing! They make the donation experience enjoyable every time!!"
