"***This business is rated F on the BBB*** The initial transaction occurred on May 7, 2024 when I paid $519 to Denise Marsh who is the owner of healthy solutions MD in mentor, Ohio. I was promised that I would receive weight loss medication (phentermine) every month for three months. I received the medication in May, but I have not received Medication for June for which I was promised. I have reached out to the business owner, Denise marsh, who continues to make excuses and not fulfill her promises. I am seeking a refund for the two months membership that I have not received medication for. I reached out to Denise Marsh via text and phone and, even though she has responded, no resolution such as a pro rated refund has taken place. I have asked for her to send me their refund policy, but I have not received that communication. She claims that they do not offer refunds, but that was never communicated when I first signed up on May 7, 2024."
