"They kept on pushing my appointment back. Then I was called a few days before my new appointment date. The person on the phone had a bad attitude and was ignorant. I'm still looking for a dermatologist. It's serious. Our medical system is a mess"

"The first appointment I had, the staff were rude and I didn't see the doctor until 2 hours after my appointment time. Today, I walk in and they have no record of my appointment, tried saying I no showed in April. They canceled that appointment and told me I had to reschedule for today. They also said they can't even see me because I haven't paid the copay. They don't have a card reader so I can't use my fsa card. The Dr was super nice and attentive my first appointment so I give one star."

"This place doesn’t deserve one star. I have never been so disgusted with the lack of respect the staff and doctor have for peoples time. I went there twice and both times had to wait 2-3 hours past my appointment time. Im sure the staff and doctor value their time, so how about you value your patients. I will never go back there, you’re better off finding a dermatologist within a 2 hour drive that will at least get you in on time. Absolutely pathetic scheduling."

"I want to give ZERO stars. I had my first appointment set for 9:30am. I had to wait, three months to get the appointment. I was told to be 10 minutes early. The waiting the waiting room had 6 other people in it. When I asked was there much of a wait, one lady told me she has waited 2 hours from her appointment time before, and to be prepared for a long wait. I then asked the receptionist how long. I was told Dr. was behind, and that it would be 45 minutes at the least. They open at 8:00am, there are 6 people ahead of me, other patients confirmed that this office NEVER ran on time. I have to take time off from work. What makes this Office think it is acceptable to waste people's time. Since this is a regular occurrence why isn't scheduling adjusted? When I asked I was told by the receptionist that I would have to talk to the Dr. about it. I didn't have time to wait, so now its time to find a Dr. that respects people and realizes that their time is also valuable."
