"Columbus Public Health is adequate in some services, like restaurant inspections, and with the clinic and its services. Where they are failing is in promotion of a smoke-free environment for the public, especially in the bus shelters. This city needs in-your-face publicity and activism (like billboards) against SMOKING. Too many people in Columbus SMOKE. California got its smoking rate down not only through tobacco taxes but also through widespread publicity and, yes, activism. My mother died from smoking. (age 69) I just had a coworker die from smoking cigarettes. I don't know her age. I can't count the number of times I've had to ask someone to stop smoking INSIDE a bus shelter and to please go outside to snoke. And several times, including today and yesterday as well, I've walked to the next bus stop to avoid smokers at a bus stop."

"I had scheduled an urgent appointment for 7:45 AM, and I verified it three times to ensure accuracy. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the department does not open until 10:00 AM. Consequently, I was unable to be seen, which I found to be quite unprofessional."

"Came from 45 minutes away to get my 2 month old the rsv vaccine because they don't have any available in my county. Talked to the nurse the day before and she told me they had them available after being referred to them through the states rsv representative. When I got there I was turned down because I had insurance. My child has already been sick once so you can imagine the tears rolling down my face being told that I couldn't get this vaccine for my baby. Our health system SUCKS"

"Each time I have been here they’ve been nothing but helpful and kind. I recently went to get my daughters immunizations and the nurses and front desk were so nice and welcoming. They answered any questions I have and made me feel so comfortable. I will always go back here!"
