"Had blood work done on 8/1/2024 and here it is 8/7/2024 and my blood work been completed. Called Monday, yesterday and today. Still no answers to the Positive ANA test results. Keep saying they will call back. And all I do is keep waiting. From the damn time they open till an hour after they close. If you’re gonna order blood work and people f’n have to keep calling and you all are careless in people’s health. Don’t order no tests. The fact the doctor is only in 2 days out the week is ridiculous. Might as well close. No care in the world about people and make them constantly call and have to keep worrying about the blood work with a positive result. Ignorance at its finest. I wish I didn’t have to leave a star. Don’t deserve any."

"Don't go here if you have a risk of infection. Had an upper endo done recently. They keep you in your street clothes. All patients go in and out of one room. The dr carries a speaker in and out of rooms there's no sanitation. So much cross contamination..dead hair in the bed wheels. I watched as ppl came in and out if the procedure room. My waiting room was across from it. And if you make the nurses mad the ignore yiu and don't speak to you. It's dirty, unsanitary and hold high risk of infection. I canceled my colonoscopy told them I'd rather continurle to be sick than return."

"I've had ongoing GI issues for some time. I was referred here and have since changed providers. This place is specifically focused on scoping patients, in fact while waiting on my upper endoscopy I over heard nurses talking about how another office was scoping more and that this office had to increase their numbers to compete. Their long term care is severely lacking. The doctors work out of multiple offices and do not have access to medical records from one office to the next. So, if you're in need of a treatment change, or advice on how to proceed with an issue, you could potentially wait for 4-6 days to hear back. That's specifically what happened to me and I ended up in the hospital for a week while my condition worsened. If you do opt to be seen here, you will be scoped and you will wait half a day to get in and you'll likely not receive any follow up care. They also do not follow up with labs. They ordered labs for me multiple times that were unnecessary. I'm immune to Hep B. My labs clearly show that I don't have it and that I'm immunized against it. Why test me again for immunity? Why send out for a fecal test when you have received the results from the first? They completely lack follow through. Come in get scoped and get out. That's the mantra. Edit: There are few nurses here that are awesome. Very nice, very compassionate. Without them, this place wouldn't exist."

"They're always kind and thorough, wanting to find the causes of my problems and helping me fix it where other doctors couldn't or wouldn't. I always feel like everyone is doing their best so like what more can I ask for, ya know"
