"Great staff! And very polite! Ordered a large carry out from the restaurant I work and tipped generously. Very much appreciated! If they take care of restaurant employees they surely take care of their patients. Thank you! Hope you enjoyed your lunch."

"The Good; The person doing the swab was very pleasant and helpful. She also handled my impatience well concerning CoreBioLabs clunky and frustrating online registration app for the PCR swab test. The Not-so-Good: I drove an hour to my 9am appointment which started on time. However, no one at Solve or CoreBioLabs said I would need to bring my passport! All it said was "Government Issued ID". So Drivers Licence, right? That is needed also but a Passport is needed for international travel. This should have been clearly specified. Fortunately, I keep a photo copy on my phone. Otherwise, it would have been a two hour drive home and back to get my passport. When there, you have to scan a QR code with your phone to get the website link to Core's online registration form. Easy enough but the form is not well designed. 1. It demands a 10 digit Passport number - mine is 9. The form will not accept the number unless you add a zero, but the form nowhere tells you this. 2. When entering your social security number you must add the dashes. Most other forms in the world state do not add dashes. It would have been much less confusing if the form had simply stated "dashes required". 3. The form also has a habit of self populating some of the entry fields - often wrongly. It took a few tries to get my Birthday date entered correctly. So, take care you don't accidentally hit enter with information the form wrongly supplied. So, with all the form trouble and figuring out how to email my passport photo, the appointment took about 45 minutes. Which was fine, I was the only one there. It should probably take 30 minutes or less for anyone more competent than myself. Suggestions: 1. Improve the functionality of the online registration app. 2. Allow pre-registration by emailing the QR code so everything can be Entered and pre-approved BEFORE arriving for the appointment. It only would take about 5 or 10 minutes for the actual swabbing. 3. Until that happens, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE - tell customers requiring the Covid-19 test for International Travel - BRING YOUR PASSORT!"
