"Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I waited in the check out line to make a return for no lie, 15 minutes. Not because they were busy, but because of the five employees I counted circulating the floor, only one was at the cash wrap willing to assist customers. You’d have better luck walking your return or purchase to the corporate office in Pennsylvania."
