"Love the store, but I will never set foot back into this store or possibly even a buckle ever again. That was the most annoying, frustrating, and somewhat stressful shopping experience I've ever had in my entire 31 years of life. The girl was nice and helpful at first. I told her I didn't know my size. So she brought me another pair and helped me figure out what I should try on as far as size. She ended up coming and giving me like 10 or possibly more pairs of jeans. And then without asking brought me tons of shirts to try on. I opened the door and tried to call my husband over and she's trying to sell me shoes. I finally came out of the dressing room with my 2 year old Daughter and she's showing me more shirts. And then tries to sell me on a credit card. Another girl did the same thing to my husband. And it was very very bothersome. I was so confused when I left as to what in the heck just happened to me. I'm there to shop and look for myself. If I need help I would ask. And then of course I go pay, and the gentleman asked if anyone helped me today. AHHHH, makes sense! Idk if it's just this store. But buckle, that's not what people want to experience when they are browsing and shopping."

"Brought in a pair of jeans to get altered that I purchased. The manager called me to tell me they “recently” changed their policy and they are now no longer able to alter any jeans after 30 days of purchase. I was never informed in the past of this policy as I have brought many jeans I have purchased there to be altered! I was told to pick up my jeans because they would not be able to accommodate my request since I was past the new time line. Seeing as I and many others are Unaware of this new policy and not posted, they should have altered them this time and then told me they would not be able to do it again if it was past their designated new timeline. When you put new policies in place there should be signs posting this or employees telling the customers this. I live 40 minutes away and now I have to drive 40 minutes again for nothing.Very unprofessional! They now have lost my business"
