"Went to Macys at Polaris shopping in the bedding dept. Ask the guy at the counter where I could find a mattress topper, he pointed in a direction. He wasn't busy could have walked me over but I could tell he wasn't interested. As I searched for the item another employee came over to him and they chatted as I continued to look, neither bothered to help. Finally I gave up and started looking at mattresses, a lady there was very helpful. She immediately came over and patiently discussed the different mattresses. She is the reason I gave three stars instead of one."

"I had an amazing shopping experience. I purchased a new suit for an upcoming meeting and had no idea what I was doing but Soeb and the other gentlemen working in the men’s suit in the afternoon, whom i unfortunately wasn’t able to get the name of, helped me tremendously. Over 2 hours I was asking questions and they were more than helpful and I was able to find a perfect suit. Thank you so much!"

"Mixed bar here! The folks that were nice and helpful were very nice and helpful. The folks who couldn't be bothered- were rude and not helpful. I would think that those working there would know more about the department store layout and be more helpful than telling me mend's is upstairs and "I don't know" isn't really a good answer to customers- since I'm asking and it's easier to use Amazon - I'd like to say that most were in the nice category, however it is more like 1/3 of the people I spoke with were customer service oriented. Not omit did I see some short and clueless with me, I witnessed the same sales associate rude with others. They will be filing chapter 11 again if they don't make customer service a priority again."

"Great atmosphere, very helpful staff! Showed up 10 mins before they closed and all never felt rushed. I had to exchange a luggage box I'd gotten less than a week ago before I came to Columbus and they were so patient with me. The one I bought in Arizona wasn't sold here so it took me some time to find a replacement one. They ended up staying a little late just to make sure I was happy. Thanks y'all. Very satisfied."

"Seriously why does Macy’s exist? Over priced merchandise, zero service and the store is a mess . If you are plus size don’t bother . What a joke . It’s 2022 and 60 percent of American woman are a size 14 and above clearly dinosaur retailers don’t care . Not one person greeted us , that doesn’t normally bother me . You’re Macy’s customer service? Apparently not for fat people ."
