"Terrible customer service! Here is my disastrous shopping experience: As I browsed the racks for shorts and shirts for my children, two staff members were engrossed in a private conversation, seemingly oblivious to my presence. The manager, occupied with tasks on the computer, also paid no attention to me. After searching in vain for the sizes I needed, I approached one of the staff members for assistance. He ambled over with a visible lack of enthusiasm and, before even extending any help, uttered a condescending remark: 'Try not to mess with the clothes when looking for the size you want.' As if not being helpful wasn't enough, he added disrespect to it. What's worse he never apologised despite my anger and frustration! What a shame! It is a shame that this store has failed to grasp the importance of customer service."

"You may not be greeted and serviced when entering the door. Your shoes cannot be returned if they were worn and found wrong. Be aware!"

"Every year my twin girls get AF1’s for school from this store for school. This year they are going into 5th grade, headed to Easton 8/15 about 6pm for some shoe shopping, walked in with plan to purchase 2-3 pairs shoes each for them. Walked around kids footlocker so they could decide what other shoes they wanted, store was semi busy but employees standing around not helping anyone, not one employee said hello to us, acknowledge us, ask us if we needed anything from vans to addidas to Nike wall. We spent about 20min in store, 2-3 employees within 4-5 feet from us at all times, not approached by any of them. Walked by us to help other customers walking in, even with us holding display shoe(s). Clear we were not going to be helped because we are “white”, the only Caucasians in the store at that moment, however you want to pc it, it was odd, so I told the girls I don’t think anyone wants to help us, let’s go check out another store and see if we can find af1’s somewhere else. On the way out guy standing at door said, Have a great one. I’m guessing this is new guy they posted there rather than on floor to train. Only person who spoke to us. So we headed over to Journeys, these girls were excited to buy some new shoes!!! As soon as we entered we were acknowledged with quick hello, within seconds of looking 1 employee asked if we were looking for something in particular I replied just taking quick look since I knew they did not carry af1 said to let her know if we need help, within 2 min another employee asked if she could help us - girls were still looking, they ended up picking completely different shoes than af1’s, acknowledged both employees we were ready for their help - 1 happily came over for sizes for each returned with shoes, we ended up purchasing 3 pairs shoes each for them, over $600 spent in their store in one transaction. High top vans, dr martins, addidas, socks and cleaner. I have children in their 20’s I have purchased shoes for school at this particular kids footlocker since back in the day prob since before some of their employees were even born, never experienced this before until today. Will not return. This is a very diverse area, please train your employees to be diverse with their customers, they may miss another sale like they did with us. First year no af1’s. Sometimes change is good."
