"This review covers from start to finish. Dan first came to visit to take measurements and help determine options to replace our old wood stove. I then met with Deb in the store who was fantastic. She provided me with lots of ideas about options and suggested one, Hearthstone, that I hadn’t been considering. She was also extremely helpful on the hearthpad and definitely knew her stock. The purchase was easy. Today, Dan came back with Kyle. I was really impressed at what a good team they made. Their communication with me and, as they installed, with each other was exceptional. The total installation looks way better than expected. I can’t wait to have my first fires. All in all, every step of the way with Axmen was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. "Wow, wow wow. Couldn't imagine a better experience buying a wood stove. Jamie spent over an hour walking us through our options, configuring the project and estimating the deal. No hand-offs, she was expert in all phases. Brent and Steven did the install in less time than estimated with perfect execution. James came to be sure we were happy, despite the fact we are way out in Mineral county. Much of the staff is long-service, implying this great service company is also a great place to work. If you haven't been to the store, you are missing a real Missoula treasure. Check out the picture of our new Vermont-hand-crafted beauty."
