I have called at LEAST 6 times over the past week and a half to make an appointment, and one time the line was busy, but all the rest of the times the office staff told me to hold as soon as they answered and never came back until the system rang me through again. They would then either hang up on me or tell me to hold again and not come back. Still haven't successfully gotten through to make my appointment.."
