"READ THIS PLEASE!!! $10,000 in debt and still paying it off! I have debated writing this review for a few months now and have finally decided I ought to speak up. Firstly, I would like to note that I have never written an online review for anything, but finally after my experience here I feel motivated to write one. After coming back from my LDS mission I came here hoping to get feeling better from my anxiety, depression, fatigue, and memory issues that seemed to get worse throughout the mission. I was super hopeful when Pam brought me back and tested me and we found all the "problems" and was super excited to finally feel understood after so many Doctors had no idea what was going on. However, after starting on all of the supplements and diet I only started feeling worse, not better. I tried talking to Pam about it and my concerns were quite abrasively dismissed. After a handful of visits I expressed my parents concern that we were spending so much money these supplements and I wasn't feeling better. Pam said that it would take a long time for my gut to heal and that it bugs her when parents like mine don't support their kids in getting medical help when they need it. I felt that she was trying to drive a wedge between me and my parents with an ever growing financial burden which had no reached almost $10,000. In the end, I got a really bad panic attack do to WAY over-supplementation of folate and decided not to give any more of my or my parents money to this scam. In the end I found a Doctor that helped me. I was completely misdiagnoses by Pam and did NOT have any gut issues. My symptoms were due to some concussions that I had before and during my mission. I am now doing way better, but we are still in debt to this "clinic." Stay away from this scam at all costs. There are no doctors here. Pam has a degree in business. Do not come to this clinic. I will say, I know that this clinic has been able to help people at times! My own mother has experienced a lot of help as she went through menopause from this clinic. That said, there are better and more reliable Doctors. I hope that this review helps."

"Very disappointed. They are disorganized and care little for the time and money their patients have spent. They wait almost a week to call in a prescription. They are out of the supplement they tell you to get and they do not seem like they know what they are doing."

"If I could give these guys a negative star, I would. It’s run like a complete scam. It is one of the least professional offices I have ever been to. Shari was great at the previous office she was in but when she joined this group, things changed. I’m sure that has something to do with the owner Pam. She claims to be a functional medicine consultant, but does not hold any certifications or degrees. She is not registered with the state of Utah as a functional medicine consultant because most functional medicine consultant are physicians. Pam comes in and tries to use unreliable, Bio Meridian scans to give you some sort of diagnosis, Mostly ignoring all of my blood work, and not letting the nurse practitioner speak during most of my consultation. Fair warning I have reported them to the State of Utah. Pam is not a medical provider nor does she hold a medical degree. She shouldn’t be giving anybody advice nor administering tests and discussing test results. If you don’t believe me, please research this clinic before you go there. They are overpriced, and there are far better providers in the valley for anything you could get from this place. Run far away."

"I LOVED Julie! She was always willing to help me and would sit down and talk about what was going on rather than tell me to take a vitamin or medication that didn’t even apply. She always helped me when I was nervous about my appointment and would talk through it with me. I am a Student and have a very small income and she always helped me to find something affordable and comfortable for me. She knew me by name and was so kind! Although I had lots of luck from the stress supplements I struggled with some of the others they offered. I am grateful that there are other options online for the cheaper prices. Unfortunately I think julie no longer works for the health spot. After a few months of trying to schedule with her my mom gave up because the office kept saying she was out on business or what ever else they could come up with. I was not impressed with their method after she apparently left. I still hope all the best for the company as I’m sure this is possibly a large loss for them."
