"They think their time is more important than yours. Made an appt early 8:00 A.M. Already behind in their schedule. Left at 8:20 after being told by the blunt rather rude receptionist that he's only 15 minutes behind. Oh! And by the way .. needed to dilate my eyes, not told beforehand. Scheduled for 7 am next time, April 29 .. over 1 month away. Called another Dr while standing in the hallway (other dr has a 4.8* rating) am scheduled for 2 weeks out with him. YOU CAN CHOOSE OTHER DOCTORS with nice receptionist and who at 8 am are on time"

"Dr Barlow is always great. My concern is some of the staff and their poor customer service. I scheduled my husband and myself for appointments on-line that were back to back only to find out that they really aren't. Apparently you have to call to get an appointment for two people together. The front receptionist was the rudest person we have ever encountered. I went back for my screening (which was excellent) and while I was in the exam room my husband noticed more people were taken back but not him. He questioned her about it and she said his appointment wasn't for another 40 minutes and he would have to wait his turn. She actually said "If you don't like it you can always go home" He asked to speak to a supervisor of which she said there wasn't one there. She then told other staff members he was giving her a hard time because the tech that took him back for his exam said he heard that my husband had been giving her a bad time!!!!!!!! What type of childish game is this for such a professional organization. When he came out from his exam this receptionist was no where to be seen. Obviously she was aware of what she said and didn't want to have to discuss this with anyone. Much to her surprise I will be finding out her name and reporting this to her supervisor. After reading the other reviews it is obvious that this front receptionist is still there and apparently no one really cares about the customer service that is being provided to this community."

"I Wish I could give them zero Stars!!! First of all, Girl on the reception is RUDE and She doesn't know what is she doing, She ignores like you are there to sell her some scout cookies. I asked her if they take my Insurance and She said yes. I went in, Dr Robert Corry did few test and examine my eyes and stuff. He told me to get checked for Glaucoma and sent me straight to the room to test it out. This appointment was on April 7th and still I am not able to get the Test Results. Now the worst part, I found out a month later that my Insurance doesn't cover and they charged me $480 for Routine eyes check up and few hundreds for those test and sent me bill for $778. They are not only worst but they found cracks between the Insurance to fill their pocket."

"I went to these guy's for specialty contacts for keratoconus. They were never able to get my right contact to see as clearly as the left. It took 6 or 7 attempts with them and eventually I just got frustrated and gave up and started wearing glasses again. Well I decided to try my contacts again after a while and wanted to see if we could attempt to get this correct. Well they told me I waited to long and now the warranty is expired and I will have to buy a whole new pair and eye exam. They never informed me there was a warranty or how long it's good for. They were the ones that couldn't get my expensive contacts correct ($1,200 for both contacts by the way) and yes I got frustrated and gave up wearing them all together. How is it my fault though especially when I was not informed of a warranty at all! The staff and the doctor also never really seemed to concerned on getting this right and I don't know why I'm so surprised they are not standing by the service and product they failed in. I am absolutely blown away that now I am stuck with a pair of worthless contacts after the price I paid for a better quality of life. This location failed me in every way that they can fail."

"The care team during the exam was great! The optical shop staff was not so great. I asked to have my existing frames sent in to have my new lenses added & was surprised by a phone call telling me they broke. I was not ever informed that there was even a possibility of them breaking, I only found out after the fact that this is common with the type of frames I have. Fortunately the woman who sent out my glasses was not great at her job & forgot to have me sign a waiver. At first I was told I could get a discount on new frames which was almost as frustrating as being told my frames had broken. In the end I was able to select replacement frames, from a very small selection. I'm glad my glasses were replaced, even though these new frames are not what I wanted at all. I am very disappointed & will likely not return to Moran. I hope others do not have share this experience, I can't even talk about it without crying."
