"Very good doctor and his staff is caring. I use their patient portal for messages and they are responsive and personal. During in office visits, if you want a doctor that listens and explains what could be going on and what tests he's ordering during the visit- he's the doctor for you. I have been with this office... I think going on two years now and I'm happy with them. I'm planning to start my 12 year old with him since kiddo starts middle school this year. I am recommending Dr. Francis because I really appreciate him as a medical provider and hope others can too."
