"1. Place is a 5-min drive (20-min walk) to the University of Utah. 2. Easy access to public transportation (Bus 220, 213, and Red Trax Stadium Station). 3. The building is maintained weekly. 4. Different room sizes are available depending on your budget. Talk to the manager about it. 5. The room, bathroom, and kitchen were clean and freshly painted before I moved in. 6. The management and maintenance team (Grace and Ferdi) were accommodating. They helped me get established. They helped me move in and offered bedding and some essential kitchen appliances. They immediately responded to my calls and texts, even late nights and weekends. I did not experience significant issues within three years of my stay. In those few instances, the maintenance displayed excellent technical knowledge in air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, etc., so they troubleshot the issues in no time."

"It's so hard to find an affordable place to live near the University. Thankfully, I found this place. I've lived here for two years and just added a third year to my lease. It's just a couple blocks up the street from the very affordable Smith's market. All of my university classes are just a bike ride away, I don't even need a car! The neighborhood is very peaceful and filled with beautiful homes and trees. My room was recently renovated with a hardwood floor and repainted walls. There's a balcony in the apartment I can share with roommates. Overall, a great deal."

"Loved this apartment and lived here with awesome unit mates for almost a year. Rent is reasonable considering it's a private room, close proximity to SLC downtown and University of Utah, and most of all, a GREAT view of the Salt Lake Valley. There's also a nice park and Smiths Grocery just a few blocks away. Management are very friendly and responsive to requests/reports and maintains cleanliness in the public areas of the property. They are very accomodating on my unusual circumstances like late rent payment, waived the late fee and willing to work things out with me. This is a great place to stay for those who work and study at the University or nearby area."

"I stayed here more than a year and I like the location of the apartment. Very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to smiths grocery and lots of nearby restaurant. The management were nice and comply quickly to our requests. I have 3 other roomates but I don’t mind sharing kitchen and bathroom since we don’t see each other often. This apartment is perfect for single working and student. It’s one of the cheapest place in SLC that we found. There’s also a parking space inside the compound and lots of space infront and offstreet."

"This was my first apartment here in US. The room I had was clean and the rent was really cheap compared to other apartment complex around slc. I like it because it is close to my workplace and I don’t have any problem with the public transportation. The bus stop is just 6 minutes away which is a lot easier to do commute to work."
