"I’ve tried to get follow up for documents stating we will not be renewing the lease. My girlfriend and i have called multiple times and emailed their team for over two months; they say they will send the docs but have received nothing. A bit difficult to move out if you don’t know if you have to stay or are allowed to leave. Appliances function as in they turn on and do stuff, I guess. The dryer throws lint on everything and we have to clean the lint trap multiple times. Most the doors don’t close or latch correctly. Very loud on 7th east with modded cars and the good old bike boiz. I’d love some documents and a dryer that isn’t the worst… thanks"

He is super kind and dedicated to creating a great atmosphere for the residents here. In addition Mark from maintenance and his team are always so helpful and come to help with a resolution that day or the next for whatever the needs are. I’ve dealt with some pretty bad management companies and this one has been nothing short of easy and great to work with! Highly recommend!"
