The Vue at Sugar House Crossing

"I've been at the Vue for 6 months now. It is very nice. Most everything you need is in convenient walking distance, groceries, stores, eateries, and Sugarhouse Park. The management staff, Tawney and Meagan, and the maintenance staff are always congenial, available, and prompt to help. The gym is adequate for most people and there is a club room, a nice patio with grills, and a hot tub that are nicely kept up. I have been very pleased living at the Vue. 01/23/2024 I wanted to update the review, it's been two years, I'm happy to say nothing in the review has changed."

"I have lived at The Vue for about 3 years and have had a very positive experience. This is due in part to the high quality of the building and importantly the exceptional team that supports it. I was motivated to post today because of a sterling example of the amazing service I receive constantly as a resident here. I reported this morning, Monday that my A/C stopped blowing cold air on Sunday. Tawny the manager immediately notified Maintenance. Zack a friendly and helpful team member, arrived shortly thereafter to install a portable A/C unit. Then a very professional technician from the A/C service company arrived about an hour later who diagnosed and fixed the issue in a very reasonable amount of time. So the problem was solved well within a day with no discomfort experienced because of the apartment's ceiling fans and portable A/C unit. This fast action is typical of a response to any maintenance issue, that have been minor and few. It also speaks the motivation of the team and procedures put in place by managers. Tawny reminded me about the after hours emergency maintenance number that can address issues like the above on a Sunday which is great benefit. The extraordinary service described above is reflective of every member of the team in every department. Feeling confident that there is a friendly, highly professional and caring team one can count on here at The Vue is a priceless asset."

"Five stars! The Vue at Sugarhouse Crossing is located in one of the few walkable cities in Utah, and in my opinion, the best one to be at. I enjoy the convenience of walking to any store I need to go to. Because of this I hardly drive or have to fill my car tank up with gas. Some of my favorite restaurants are in The Vue's building, plus I feel really safe living here. The property managers, Tawny and Megan, are extremely helpful. Moving in was very streamlined. The courtyard/hot tub/bbq area is a pleasant place to wind down after work or on your days off. The Vue at Sugarhouse crossing is a must-live if you're wanting to live in a peaceful, nice and walkable community."

"I would recommend this apartment to friends/family. I lived here for 2 years and didn't renew because the rent increases. The pros: management is kind & responsive, close to bars/restaurants/outdoors, the car garage/apt security is great. The cons: rent has been increased by almost 10% each year I was there, lots of construction on the surrounding streets, and fire alarms caused evacuations on a semi-regular basis."

"I have lived at the Vue for the past 4 years and I have loved the location, the quality of the construction, the gym and the jacuzzi etc..., and I was able to use the clubhouse for business. The best part is that the staff is awesome as well! The only issue is the construction going on for the past 3 years in Sugar House, but this has nothing to do with the Vue. Definitely 5 stars"
