"Promised me back a portion of the deposit and never received the check, then proceeded to be ghosted by management after many calls and emails. Management is very slow to respond. Apartments are ok, but walls are paper thin and you can hear all of your neighbor’s conversations. Maintenance is great though, so a star solely for them. For how much they charge in rent and other fees, I think you can find a better value for your money elsewhere."
"I lived here for two years with a roommate in a two bedroom apartment. Maintenance is top notch. If you put in a request, the gentleman in the blue jeep is there within the hour and he is seriously so nice!!"
"I just renewed my lease for another year! This is such a great place to live, quiet and safe, with super easy freeway access. All the residents are friendly and keep their patios and deck areas clean and neat. Management is great, and the maintenance staff is quick and courteous!"
"I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed living here! The apartments are completely updated with very nice finishings, something I haven’t seen in any other apartments at this price range. My rent did go up quite a bit after the first year but they do give concessions. Maintenance is always super speedy and Jenni in the office is a fantastic representative! She is always kind and empathetic and does whatever she can to make things right. The location is not the absolute best but the complex itself is tucked away in the right spot so that you don’t hear any road noise and the neighbors are very respectful and quiet, apart from the occasional problem which always gets resolved. Other minor cons are that the AC and heat are quite loud, (fixed by wearing noise cancelling headphones and shutting the door to my room at night) and the combo washer/dryer takes 4-5 hours total to wash and dry, but it doesn’t seem to affect my electric bill. Looking at the absurd price and deposit required for every other apartment complex in the valley, I’m confident I’ll be staying here for a while."
