"DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Read the reviews!! There is not a good thing about this apartment. Trust me. It is really unsafe the management sucks. Their communication is literally zero. I know at least five people who got their car is broken into outside of the building and also in the garage. None of their cameras work. If you have a problem in your apartment, you have to get your own mechanic. Disappointment is horrible. Do not live here."

"Stay away from here!! My lease was for 10 months, but I was living in a different place for six months of it due to safety and a lot of bugs. The property management is super rude and will never text or email you back. It will take her weeks. They will steal your money lie to you and will never reach out. I will never go back over this place to anyone. This place is horrible."

"The apartments are very nice! However the owner is extremely corrupt and does not operate in good faith. I would STAY FAR AWAY unless you want them to illegally harrass you and enter your apartment without 24 hour notice and send you illegal notices to your door if you are a different nationality. I had the courtyard cleaned up and so nice! 2 months back with prior management and it's in shambles- weeds taller than a 6 foot man and the hallways stink. STAY AWAY."

"I have been living here since May 2019 and have loved it. Great location, great apartment, Andrea has been a huge help. I think it’s a great price for the location. Very happy I stumbled onto this place. EDIT: After having zero problems I started having some issue with the circuits in my kitchen, which resulted in losing power to my fridge. The first time it went out the individual who fixed it questioned why it was on the circuit it was and said it may have to be replaced. Unfortunately for me over Memorial Day weekend (Friday after midnight) something happened to cause my fridge to go out again. Saturday I sent in a high priority ticket letting them know what was happening as well as an email. No response so I got a small cooler to save some of my frozen meat (give how things are socially right now and trying to save money). No response Sunday OR Monday. I sent an email on Tuesday saying my fridge still was broken and by that point my food was bad/not safe to eat. I mentioned that I would be sending an invoice for the food I threw out. Suddenly on Tuesday when they were back at work they responded and sent someone to replace the circuits for the fridge. I threw out $200 worth of food. When I reached out to them and sent the documentation for ruined food they mentioned I can talk to my renter’s insurance because it was my job to buy multiple coolers to manage the three days worth of not having a working fridge. They said they sent someone out to my home “Right Away”. I work from home and am observing quarantine. I have been home the whole time, for weeks, and to me “Right Away” isn’t three days of no contact/no answers. Annoyed, frustrated and stressed. I have been a good, easy tenant and I hate how they can’t even acknowledge this was a pretty bad experience to not respond to a tenant for days when they needed assistances. It’s $200, I pay a lot each month in rent I don’t see how they can’t budge."

"This is a no frills, no amenities, complex. It’s exactly what I wanted because I don’t want to pay a premium for things I won’t use. The design is efficient and modern and the build quality is very good. Because of its compact design It’s been a liberating experience living minimally. *I highly suggest eliminating things to fit the apartment rather then find an apartment that fits your things. I also can’t hear my neighbors and Trax is barely noticeable. My leasing agent, Andria Malloy, is awesome and goes the extra mile! Overall I’ve been very satisfied with the property’s management. If I had one complaint it’s the payment portal. The user experience is poor and unintuitive."
