"moved in planning on paying what the leasing agent had mapped out for us, each month we are introduced with almost 200 dollars more than we were told we could expect to pay. On top of that we get notices on our doors almost weekly, notifying us of certain amenities being "down" or out of service. Here on a saturday night trying to use the HOT TUB which is not hot whatsoever. The swimming pool is warmer than the HOT tub. Absolutely ridiculous. You're going to throw all of these anonymous xtra charges at us and all the while not keeping up with basic amenities. Do not rent here if you don't have a couple extra hundred dollars laying around each month."

The multi-level gym is fully equipped to meet all your needs, and there's a workroom available for studying or working. Although the pool is still being constructed, it promises to be a great space for enjoying sunny days. Throughout the entire process, Mimi has been my dedicated point of contact, and her professionalism has been exceptional. She promptly and patiently addressed all my questions, and her availability through phone and email made everything more convenient and enjoyable.
