"If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful management. Would not fix our heat after the 2nd repair request wasn't fulfilled like they claimed. Communication was awful. Wouldn't answer phone calls, text messages, and emails. Definitely should have looked at all of the reviews. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED RENTING HERE."

"I've lived at Harrison Pointe Apartments for one year now and love love it. The initial process was a little frustrating when it came to understanding all the included fees, but Jasmine answered all my questions and worked with me to find the best unit. The overall rent cost is a little high, but considering all the amenities included, it is worth it for me. Maintenance is efficient and kind. My door lock battery died (with my apartment key inside) and he was there (on the weekend) within 30 minutes to let me in! I had an a/c cooling issue at the beginning of the summer and they helped me get it cleared up very quickly. The complex isn't the cleanest, but that is due to careless residents, not management. Otherwise the property is well maintained, including vacuuming of the halls and stairs often. My favorite part is the spaciousness of the apartment and balcony, as well as the massive windows! The view of the sunrise/set can't be beat. Overall, its been a great experience!"

"We have lived here for 3 years, 2 of which have been managed by Cornerstone. We had a couple issues that were quickly mitigated at the very beginning of Cornerstone taking over Harrison Pointe. However, since Jasmine specifically took over communication, followthrough, and followup has been so great. We are transferring into a new unit simply for new space. Jasmine has been so responsive and helpful during this process and so patient with my many..many questions! I think it is important to note when reading these reviews indicating lack of communication, that she/Cornerstone, manages MULTIPLE locations. They always get back to us in a timely manner and are so helpful. Maintenance is amazing, Nate has really made us forget about any negative experiences we've had in the past with other maintenance people. He is so quick to fix issues, and if something slips through the cracks, I have simply reached out to him and he is on it and apologetic! Again we all get so busy and behind on things, so I think everyone deserves some slack. We are thankful to call Harrison Pointe home for the 4th year and 2nd unit. "My friends currently live here and the unit there living don’t have heather’s and don’t have water heat as well. Landlord doesn’t wanna fix the problem and they just keep getting excuses after excuses after excuses and one of tenants here that lived dinosaur years is a snitch.. maintenance personnel here doesn’t know what there doing let alone they’re not even certified probably. Everything in this place keeps breaking.. person that’s picks up garbage from each unit doesn’t comes on time.. landlord or the owner of this facility only cares about the rent money and that’s it.."

"DO NOT sign anything with this place unless your are 100% sure you're moving in. They'll charge you $350 for a "lease initiation fee". Then if for any reason at all, you can't move, they keep it. Legal theft, it's legal theft. They don't do any work to initiate a lease, it's all done online. You can never get a hold of ANYONE that works here. There is no onsite office. Their business hours are wrong on the website. No one does any work to get your lease going, yet they charge a 350 nonrefundable fee. Sure they look nice, but stealing your money shouldn't be a business practice for any company. I'm a whole month out from moving in when I asked them to cancel my agreement. Yet, they refuse to refund my money. Ridiculous."
