"Krissy in the office was amazing and I have nothing bad to say about her. The prior tenant had moved out about 2 weeks before I signed my lease and received the keys, and the apartment had not been cleaned or inspected. The toilet seat was not attached, nor was it clean. The dishwasher is filthy and unuseable because the seal was broken and hanging off the door. Grease was all over the stove and cabinets and all 3 blinds were broken. I spent 6 hours the first day cleaning the floors, walls and kitchen. I told Krissy in the office on Saturday and she said it would be taken care of. As of Tuesday, nothing had been done. Tomorrow is Thursday and I’m going back to see is maintenance has fixed what’s broken and cleaned the apart."

"Apartment is very built nice and big inside looks more secure than expected don't think if everyone can enter to your place easy. Very close to health care hospitals, roads, restaurants gas stations and park"

"We are leasing one apartment here. They said the apartment was ready to move in but it's not everything they said they would fix before our move in date wasn't done..only the carpet was new. Windows with broken glass and all windows dirty.. kitchen they said will replace the counter top and so far nothing.. master suit restroom with the toilet out of order.. closet doors not working properly.. second restroom with the sink damaged.. ar the end they don't delivery what we are paying for.. it's a shame.."

"Save your money and find a nicer spot. Images are not what they seem, Cabients are not at all. Also had pipe leaking water from wall. Took maintenance 6 days before someone helped stop the constant flooding we were dealing with. On top of that our washer went out a month ago and still haven’t been helped. Was told multiple times we would be getting one and still nothing. The sink pictures are new as of 01/23/24 Had the flooding happened on a sunday and go figure no 24 hour maintenance so had to deal with the flooding on our selves again, Fromt office told us they would have someone over right away, low and and behold no one ever came. So here we are again with flooding after office ours and no help. The bathroom pictures is from when the main sewage line broke and back flooded over 20 apartments and displaced 20 families so bad the red cross came in, but however we were never helped or properly cleaned up and forced to live in the same place. Save your money this place is a scam and wants to charge us 500$ just to move into a different apartment when the unsanitary and the whole situation is on them. We had to come in After their “Professional Cleaners” and clean the place the rest of the way i.e. clean the walls and mirrors and side of toilet still covered in sewage, absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. This place was sketch from the get go. Stray away"

"Honestly I really like it here I haven't seen a rat or cockroach in or at outside or inside of my apartment there is a Arby's McDonald's Carl's Junior Maverick in walkable distance there's a free gym and pool daycare and small playground"
