"The manager is in-fact racist. While I lived there, I could recall a couple times my family and I did not feel welcomed. While having a small dog there, we had to pay a $50 free EVERYDAY, which comes to 1,500 a month by the way, for having him is what the manager told us. (This was back in 2019) , When my two friends and I were swimming in the pool we were rudely kicked out because who knows what reason. When we had to finally move, the manager would not give us an extension because then she would charge us for another months rent. We ended up staying at a hotel. Overall, the apartments are very nice and I enjoyed living there, but frankly if you aren’t pacific islander, the manager will treat you rather harshly."
