"Moved into the Peaks a little over 5 months ago, i have zero complaints so far. The new property management is fantastic. The neighborhood surrounding is filled with a variety of ethnic food choices (My personal favorite being the Golden pearl). It’s only 10 minutes to downtown and there is hardly any morning traffic. Overall i personally consider the Peaks a hidden gem in terms of price for value in the current market."
"Where to begin, I have never lived in an apartment complex with so many issues and lack of response from the owners. I have reached out to the leasing office (when someone actually shows up to work) multiple times. I am still waiting for them to fix my window screens (the amount of flies I’ve had to deal with is ridiculous). But since I am also waiting for them to fix the a/c I have no choice but to have the windows open to alleviate some of the heat. We can’t even cool off in the pool (it has been closed this whole summer). I have been told that they are working on higher priority issues (I thought lack of a/c with this heat wave would be considered high priority) but have not been told what those are or given a time frame for when my concerns will be addressed .I will wait this week and if I don’t hear back from the owners, I will be filing a complaint with the Utah housing authority and the better business bureau."
"I just moved in and I have had a very positive experience with the staff of Peaks. I especially like the response that Douglas (maintenance) has given. He took care of the gaps in my windows which will help keep the apartment warmer. Paul (property manager) has also been a good help and resource for the move. (A9)"
