"I have lived here for four years. Overall, I have had a fantastic experience. You can disregard any negative reviews about parking as the office staff has worked hard to fix this, and it is no longer an issue. The office staff is polite and willing to work with you. Stephanie is great and is always able to answer my questions. After living at other complexes and having negative experiences, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live at an affordable price."

"Do not live here. It is overpriced, and rent is more than they say. Maintenance is also terrible. The stairwells are always messy and filled with huge spiders. Also leaves, dust and garbage at times. Parking is a nightmare. It seems like they don't have enough for their residents. I couldn't find an open spot every once in a while, and I lived there for over a year. The office never answers phone calls but maybe once every 10 calls. And that is during open hours. DEPOSITS: I was told when I moved in and out that I would be getting my full deposit back. I was never told about any hidden fees or anything like that. I made sure to fill out the damages sheet when I moved in and included all the paint chips and carpet stains from the previous residents. After I moved out in July, I made sure the apartment was cleaner than it was when I moved in. And I left no trash for them to have to clean up. A few months after I moved out, I still had not seen my deposit refunded. So I called many times, and went in the office. They would always say "we will send your full refund to your new place." It is now 8 almost 9 months since I moved out. And they still have not given it to me. When I did get a time answer, they also said I should only get about 10% back? Where was that information when I moved in, and why wasn't I told about it when I moved out? I caused no damage and it was cleaner than it was when I moved in. So they take your deposit."

"I've lived here for 6 years. Parking is much improved as of 2024. Maintenance folks are fast and friendly. Lots of dogs here and it creates a good social vibe. New management is doing a great job."

"The hallways are dirty. Someone across from us moved out and left their trash sitting in front of their door. it went moldy. the complex left a note on there door stating they had three days to clean it up, obviously they did not. And neither did the maintenance. It sat there for almost a month until WE threw it away. It was so bad that there were Maggots littered across the ground. Me and my roommates have lived here for years and still don’t have a pantry door. we’ve asked for it repeatedly. Our garage is not functionable, even though we’ve asked for it repeatedly. And the parking situation was bad, now it’s worse. My car has been towed three times and several family members who came to visit me. The tow company doesn’t care. You could be parked in your own spot and they will tow you and if you try to fight them on it, they say up yours.we won’t be staying here when our lease ends. Remember, you’re paying them to maintain the place you’re living in. So your money is just going to waste. I’d never refer anyone to these apartments EVER"

"The apartments are good, they are taken care of, and the maintenance is very good and on time! There is a common problem with parking, but they just added 10 or so visitor parking spots, it can be quite a walk for apartments across the complex, but happy that they finally added some. The office is hard to get ahold of, but a walk to the office is just as easy, and they are always kind and nice to work with. I do wish that they all told the same story about the rules. Overall not the worst place to live, but due to a lot of rules it can be confusing at times. The maintenance is awesome and the location is around everything we need. I can see they are trying to make improvements hopefully cleaning the breezeways and stairs comes soon."
