"My family and I rented for the first time 4 years ago through Nikki at Action Property Management, as first time renters, everything was new to us, but we had zero issues, all of our concerns were taken care of almost instantly. for some reason our owner went with a different management company roughly 10 months ago and it has been the worst 10 months. I wish they would've stayed with action property management so we could've continued with our lease in our condo. definitely recommend action property management to everyone i know."

"I recently was going to apply for a rental property with this company. I will first off say the owner of the company is very kind and wonderful to work with, but her office manager Michelle who handles the paperwork is very rude and unprofessional on every level. The way she treated us with such disrespect is the very reason why I didn’t follow through on applying for the home. I will not choose to rent from this company or complete my application for the unacceptable behavior from the office woman. The owner herself agreed that sometimes her employee can often be unkind, stern and speak harsh to her as well. It seems this company needs a strong improvement in the people they hire to help represent their business professionally and with respect to their potential future tenants. I do not recommend them if Michelle is still the office manager, if you apply for a home with this company, you will know exactly what I am talking about."

"Nikki with Action Property Management and Sales is amazing to work with! She’s extremely helpful and truly cares! She’s assisted me with the purchase and sale of two houses and has been amazing! She does an amazing job at pictures and advocates for her client 100% all while pushing to get an amazing deal as well. For the property management side she’s been amazing to work with and takes great care to ensure the house is rented by people that take care of the home. When there’s an issue she has a team to ensure any issue is resolved promptly, but always makes sure ti clear repairs with multiple prices by the owner first! I can’t recommend Nikki and her team any higher and wish there were more than 5 stars"
