"I absolutely love living here! Bianca is phenomenal! Any time I've had any issues with my apartment or neighbors she has been just a saint to work with. I'll live her the rest of my life is she stays in this office. The management team are responsive and the customer service is excellent. If you ever need maintenance they come quickly and do a stellar job, all while being kind and thorough. Thank you guys for all your hard work."

"TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP I rented from this company and ever since I left I have been constantly fighting this company over random payments and services that happened after I left. I eventually caved and paid them the money I didn't owe them and a few months later they send me to collections. I highly recommend you rent somewhere else, but if you do rent here keep every receipt take pictures and videos of everything on move in and move out because this foreign company will try to scam you. Not to mention I moved into a bug infested dirty house with missing wires on the backs of outlets all and all my worst renting experience."

"Been here for about 3 weeks now and despite some stuff needing to get taken care of (toilet paper roll, door jam - minor stuff), we've had a great experience so far. Bianca got all of the stuff that we had issues with taken care of in the first few days we had been moved in, has followed up on some of the stuff that required certain parts etc. The leasing process was also a breeze - Bianca honestly made what often is a 2 out of 5 star experience hassle free. Even during move in, she helped us navigate the uHaul to a spot that made the most sense. She's great, and the property has been solid."

"Don't move here. I've only live here a week and a half and so many things are broken or just barely work. Property management is difficult to work with and requires multiple calls and emails to get things fixed. I'll update my review as time goes on, but Christ this has been a god awful experience. Update: It's been about two months since I've moved in and things have gotten a bit better. The apartment itself is very nice and common areas are clean enough. Bianca (property manager)has put in a lot of effort to get some of the issues I was having resolved. There's still the issue of lots of the gym equipment being broken. I've been told it'll be 1-2 weeks til its fixed for over a month. Largest issue I've had is the damaged coax cable in the wall leading to the jack in my living room. They've been unwilling to fix the issue and are recommending that I pay for it myself or setting it up in the bedroom and paying Dish more a month for a second receiver that doesn't need a cable jack. I find it ridiculous that they want me to pay more to fix an issue that's 100% on their end and that they refuse reduce the 125 monthly media service charge when I am unable to use the TV service as is."

"Worst place we have ever lived. My partner and I moved here from out of state and selected this property. I’ll keep it short, but upon move-in the Unit wasn’t ready (broken doors, broken blinds, SO DIRTY from construction, floors were peeling up and had to be replaced, etc). For the two months we lived here, we had over 50 maintenance requests and were told we had to move our stuff to accommodate them replacing the floor (which wasn’t something I was willing to do). They recognized how bad our experience had been and allowed us to terminate our lease without penalty and move out. That said, the issues seem consistent for other residents. The property is not well managed. Tons of security issues. Area of town has high crime. People break into the garages often. The hallways are often dirty. Valet trash is a joke. Don’t do it. We’re THRILLED they let us terminate our lease early. I’ll also note this experience was with the previous management company. From what I’m reading, it sounds like the new one is worse and I didn’t know that was possible."
