"Recently applyed here. The staff/managment super nice and friendly even with 0 avalability. The only feedback I would give is the website was a bit delayed. It says they had properties and there was none come to find out. The website could be much more efficient if it was modernized. I or another web professional probably would could help you out with that or you could reach out to the university cs department and sometimes they like to do things for local busness when it comes to this stuff."
"I spent half my childhood there and I loved it there it was one one the best places to live I hope someday I get the chance to move back there. But the only thing I didn't like it the don't allow dogs when I loved there"
"You can’t require people to declaw their pets to live at a residency, that’s absolutely absurd. Just say you don’t accept cats as they are. Definitely lost my interest."
"This place looked very promising, but they request you declaw your cats if you bring them with you, which I do find truly inhumane. Hopefully you can change that rule, with researching about what declawing cats does to them."
"Owner and Property manager are horrible and disrespectful people who make the entire process difficult. allow people to do drugs and smoke cigarettes in their houses which permeates through the walls. They say they don't allow dogs or animals yet multiple people have them and do not clean up after their pets. NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!"
