It's in a great part of town. But, more important, the management office and maintenance technicians are friendly and responsive."

"Update: downgrading to a 1 star for the generic response and reaching out to provide additional feedback to management and no response in return. I have lived here almost 2 years and moving out soon. I love the location and the amenities. However when I moved in they pitched “secured parking.” This is a 100% lie. I’ve paid $75 dollars a month for “secured parking” the entire time I’ve lived here which is basically a scam. The garage door has not worked for more than a few days consecutively. For the past several months not at all. Often there are homeless individuals and people who do not live here roaming in and out, and in the stairwells. There have been trash, needles and so forth in the stairwell also. This morning I woke up to find the tag missing off of my car which obviously set me over the edge. At minimum the fee for parking should be waived, refunded and/or reduced."

"I have lived at Lotus since 2021. Management has changed a lot over the years. The Maintenace team is so great and very helpful. The building needs a lot of work. The garage door has been broken for over 4 months and nothing has changed. To park in the cover garage it is $75 a month. This caused my car to get broken into and still management has not done anything to fix the door. I know I’m not the only tenant that had this issue. The advantage that Lotus has is the location, but it has a lot of mandatory fees (Satellite TV, C.A.M fees)that are not optional that make rent be very high."

"Great communication in a timely matter! I have loved loved loved living here for the last 15 months. Great office, pool is always nice, gym is spotless, and have never had any packages stolen or misplaced. I love being a tenant here! Moving in was a seamless effort, the office has always been more than helpful in communication and they have always been pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend moving in to the Lotus! Amazing location, amazing office, and amazing neighbors "
