"Don't move here. The management is unethical and refuses to communicate with their tenants, instead slapping up legal notices on the doors so they can charge residents a service of notice fee. Rather than attempting to reach out to the tenant with specific issues."
"As usual.... maintenance was quick to fix the couple of things that needed fixing! After living at an apartment complex that was so unprofessional to deal with...having to put in many requests & still not having any issues addressed, the maintenance here is the complete opposite. They have always been quick to remedy any problem & it's always done right the first time. A big THANKS to all of you guys in maintenance..."

"I have lived here for two years so far going into My third and I can honestly say I love it. The location is perfect. You have everything close to you. Concert venues (three different ones) , theres a little like groccery store within a 3 minute walking distance. Not much to do at the gateway lol im assuming covid closed a lot of the stores down but theres still restaurats there that are worth exploring. Theres events at the gateway too seems like often. All you gotta do is walk right down to it. The apartments are quiet for the most part. We have a gym, mail room and lockers for big packages. Elevators. Underground parking so youre not covered in snow. Management is always in the office!!!!! Always ready to answer your questions and I've had lots of questions lol. Haven't really needed maintenance but the two times I have it was a simple request online and they'd be out the next day or two fix it. I looked at other places online nearby and a lot of the reviews were missing these exact things. And I didn't want to chance it."
"Nice environment and well organized. Our requests were done in a prompt matter! Special thanks to the girls in the office, always very pleasant and nice, and to the maintenance crew, specially to Dillon, very helpful and efficient."
