They are highly responsive and quite resident-centered. Becky and Logan went out of their way to insure my packages were safe prior to move-in since I was concerned. So grateful for Becky who was the only person working when I moved in and still made it a point to assist me with a dolly and walking me to my apartment with my things (more than she needed to). "My partner and I moved into the garden apartments a month before our wedding and we are glad we did. It was no hassle getting everything squared away and moving into our new home together. The new renovations are nice and clean. And the sound proofing is spectacular. They are still doing renovations in the apartment above us and it is very muffled and easy to ignore. The grounds are kept clean and the area is perfect for us. We love being so close to downtown and able to walk anywhere/use transit. Worth the price as it is so cheap for salt lake city. Also a special thanks to Ruben for being so helpful as we moved in. They are spectacular!"
