"This place is disgusting they have cockroaches throughout the whole apartment complex and didn't tell us before we moved in and they go through Froerer and they rip people off from there deposit they overcharge on everything when you move out but yet my kids had to sleep with Cockroaches crawling all over our dishes getting into our fridge and food it was completely disgusting and every time they sprayed it didn't do nothing I literally killed over thousands of cockroaches every week I don't recommend this place at all terrible management and at night there's never a parking spot next to your own apartment, it need to be condemned!"
"Relatively affordable, but that doesn't make up for the overwhelming cockroach infestation. Please know this before you move in, i was not made aware and had to deal with is for a year. My apartment was constantly crawling with them, especially in all the cracks and wholes between the cupboards and on the molding on the walls. My allergies got so.kuch worse because of them. Absolutely not worth it and they are no longer spraying or attempting to do anything about it. These building should honestly be torn down with how bad the infestation is."
"I lived here back in 2008 for one year and came back in 2012 and alot of them have been remodeled and the deck is really nice! I have recommended this apartment to alot of my friends looking for a nice home! They're over 30 years old so you can't expect it's brand new, the rent is cheap so that's great."
"I wouldn't want my dog to live there. There Isn't really a pool there It's been filled up with sand, with a large locked fence around it. The buildings stink it is a lovely mixture of a smell. The scent somewhere between weed and cat urine. I've visited a few times."
"Been living here for a while and it's been really great. the rent is really cheap for the amount of stuff they offer. maintenance is super slow but recently they hired a new guy that does it sooner. it stays relatively clean. no pets is a big bummer"
