"I proved in court I had paid rent. I owed 539 out of lease fee, I offered to pay 2x in court and they declined. After I moved I figured they owed me...1, 200 depisit paid and i only owed 539 that offered 2x in evection court. 7 months later my pay check gets garnished. Seemed they took me to small claims and won 3x the damages and lied about what I owed. I was going to let it go..just pay it...but then I got thinking...how many people have they done this to? I didnt even know they were suing me until my paycheck check was taken. I will not it let go...and if this happened to you or something similar contact me. I am going to get a lawer and file a class action if I can get enough ex renters on board. They are thiefs and I can prove it with court documents. They straight lied in small claims court ..why not I had no clue I was supposed be there. What a great gig they have going.And they get 3x any damages. My name is Tracie Snow...you can facebook message me if you want on board. Put an end them stealing from hard working people. Single mothers as I am. I will put off filing anything for 60 days. Because class action or on my own...the Judge will find out he was lied to and made a fool of. I can prove it...with court documents they have too. Idiots"

"Do not settle in here. First, I thought this place would be nice but apparently it was not. We moved in 2 Months ago and already have so much issues. First right when we moved in, they had to replace our front door which took 1-3 days. Then we been so sick in the place during this time. We found black mold in our bathtub and the bedroom door was broken. And there’s water damages all over the tub. It took us a week to get the maintenance to come and all they did was fix the door. They said that was no mold. And never mind about fixing it and left it there. He sprayed Disinfecting spray that made worst spots in the bathroom. And it took a month to get our storage key. And mail key. And it takes forever for the office people to answer calls. We had to go down there one time because they wouldn’t answer. Bad time living here. And our garbage disposal broke and they didn’t fix that. Same with the furnace. We were about to sue the place. We only moved here because that’s all we can afford. We really hope to move out one day into a nice house. Hopefully really soon. DO NOT THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE- VERY BAD PLACE- DESERVES A 0."

"The worst experience i have ever had their staff and managers don't care about there renters they will not fix anything for you in the apartment. We felt like they harassed us and pushed us to move out we payed our rent early every month so there was no reason for the way we were treated. We move out before we had to pay the next month rent they charged us for the month any way which is stilling . I do not recommend renting here for anyone"

"This place doesn't deserve even 1 star While living there we had maintenance parking lot parking spot all the time on top of that other people park in our spot and not enough visitor parking. Our AC went out during the summer it's was awful took them 4 days to fix it. We gave them more then a month notice. They expected us to pay to get the carpet cleaned. (that's what the security deposit is for) they never plowed when then did we have to shovel our selfs out. They also have alot of spiders and moths. Wouldn't live here again."

"Lived there for over two years and I wish we could have bought a house sooner! We told them the dining room fan didn't work and they never fixed it. Getting the maintenance staff to do anything was a joke. The main guy told us to not flush our toilet paper but to throw it away! When they redid the stairs, they left the old piece there for about two months and had I not called and complained about the nails sticking out and cutting my foot who knows how long it would've stayed. You have to pay insurance on the building and pay to get the carpets professionally cleaned when you move out and give them a reciept. Do glad to be gone!"
