"By far the worst experience I have ever had at an apartment. You will regret moving in here I PROMISE. The AC/Heat don't work, the electricity doesn't work half the time, my stove and oven didn't work for the entirety of my lease. My hot water didn't work for over 3 months. Do not move here, I promise it is not worth it."

"The property manager left a notice on my door for lease renewal and a phone number but no name. Not sure who is currently the manager. Tried to call and leave a message, but voicemail is full. Tried texting. No response. So… how does a tenant get in touch? I think it is incredibly disrespectful to leave a notice about my private information on a door for all to see. I know the management company has our email info. So? How can I resolve this? Your response to this comment was an invitation to email you, which I did -- you did nothing. I received a text from our mysterious property manager about renewal. I responded that I had questions and concerns. The property manager did not respond. I cannot commitment myself to a legal document with financial obligations unless I my concerns answered. This is really unprofessional behavior. Are all of your managers like this in all of your buildings? Please advise on how to proceed. The clock is ticking. You have my contact information. ..."

"You have TWO residents currently onsite by the names of Tiffany and Kyle whom have assisted in violating my privacy. I found it quite odd to encounter the couple EVERY time I leave my apartment. When I covered a suspicious whole in my bathroom-the couple's actions have revealed more than I could warrant for. PREDATORS onsite AND allowing their sister to break into my vehicle. The couple along with a white pickup truck parked in the hotel's parking lot have been participating in the foolishness for some time NOW. License Plate Number U56 OZY Black Sedan with the tires/wheel turned. I wish there was a way to contact the property management team privately-most importantly making EVERYONE AWARE OUR SAFETY HAD BEEN COMPROMISED."

"If I could give this place a 0 I would, my fiancé and I lived here for 2 years and were bounced around 4 different management companies. Cornerstone Residential being the absolute worst and the current management, maintenance was not taken seriously at all. And upon moving out we did not see our deposit until a month and a half later after being repeatedly lied to. The “property managers” are extremely rude and unhelpful and do not have a care in the world. I gave my forwarding address 4 times yet the check was never mailed I went into their office 3 times and was given excuse after excuse as to why it wasn’t ready. This company and complex is an absolute joke. Please do not rent from them"
