"I lived here for a year and a half. The apartment owners are really nice and personable. The apartment manager, Stephanie, is a great help. The neighborhood is chill and the neighbors are chill too."

"I absolutely loved this place! Great manager, great neighbors. Loved the park literally right next to our apartment. If I had any kids, the playground would have been cool too. Covered parking is awesome! Definite 5/5. The neighborhood is chill and it was affordable! Only downside is they had to up rent by a lot, something to do with the banks forcing the owners to do this. They are all super nice people, its too bad we had to move for this financial reason because it wasn't as affordable anymore. We would still be leaving here if it wasn't for this. Also not an apartment downside but I hope they can rennovate the convience store at the end of Madison Ave, doesn't have to do with the apartment but it would be nice to walk 30 seconds and grab snacks :D"

"Made of poor 6 year old woman vacate her apartment after not wanting to fix the issue of having black mold in a four-stroke the lady was having a panic attack I lied in court the manager and her son carry guns around while wearing Stetsons trying to be like bananas or something it's a grow up and it's kind of this pass it on"
