"Is it really ok ? to be racist asked tenants “ Do you speak good english enough ? / Do you understand English? It’s definitely disgusting."
"This place acts nice and they do a very good job but don’t trust it. They are stricter and meaner than any where I’ve ever lived. They are trying to charge me over $500 for repairs like lightbulbs that were out (didn’t think that was a big deal), blinds that were already broken when I got there and had to deal with the entire time I was there, and supposedly pee stains from a pet on the carpet. I had a cat that they approved and dog sat a dog for less than a week who is fully potty trained. So idk what kind of stuff this place thinks they can come up with but watch you back. I used to think I loved them but now I see their true colors. Very disappointed and will Not be recommending this place to anyone anymore."
"Moved to Ogden for work and needed to choose a place to live without visiting due to COVID; worked with Lisa to make it happen and was not disappointed. The management is great, friendly, and common areas are clean and quiet etc. Location is easy walking distance to the nearby restaurants and stuff so that was cool. Definitely worth checking out if you need a place in Ogden."
"This is probably the best place to live if you are moving to Ogden. Apartments are very conveniently located near lot of eating places, movie theater and the classing 25th street. They keep the hallways clean and apartments reasonably updated. The best part is their management. Lisa is such a doll. She takes care of all the residents as if she is the elder of the family. Hugo is fantastic... maintenance is super responsive. I loved this place. Because of my experience here, I insisted to staying with cowboys property when my office relocated to downtown SLC. I will be staying at Liberty Crest. Let’s see if the management there can match Lisa and her wonderful team"
