Colonial Court

"Colonial Courts is a great apartment complex to live in. The apartments are Newley refurbished and beautiful. There are two courtyards for sitting and grilling, as well as a dog park. There’s a gym and a communal area in the main building where just last week Courts hosted a free breakfast. The location is great, right outside the heart of downtown which makes it super convenient to walk everywhere, even to the local Walmart which is only 0.5miles away. The only thing I could want more is for the complex to have a swimming pool. Other than no pool I love it here."

"Service with a smile is the best way to describe the awesome management team!!! First, the apartments themselves are freshly renovated and absolutely stunning !!! I don’t believe I have ever seen such a beautiful design as Colonial Court . Beautiful white quartz counters and 6 inch baseboards and plenty more. Flooring is awesome and hallways always kept clean. The manager , assistant manager, and everyone in the office are really exceptional. They treat you more like family and they are very considerate, very helpful, and they are all a pleasure. The maintenance team is also five star, they normally come within the day if I have any kind of issue and they are just the nicest people and really helpful with things that are not even under the umbrella. I appreciate their professionalism and help. All and all Colonial Court is a rare find, and a great place to call home."

"We were so grateful to have found Colonial Court when our kids needed a place while attending Weber State. SueAnn was so helpful and kind, the apartment and facility are clean, safe and reasonably priced. The tenants are so warm and accepting, it really is it's own little community. It was a blessing having the peace of mind knowing our kids were safe and sound at Colonial Court! Thank you!"

"This place is incredible. My apartment is cozy, secure, and has a spectacular view of the gorgeous downtown temple with the mountains in the background. All of that, plus more amenities than I've ever had in my previous apartments. On top of all of that- the staff here truly make the place feel like home. When I first arrived here, I thought I had come to the wrong place due to being new in town (from Dallas, TX) and also to how much construction was going on inside. Luckily someone within the office saw me and welcomed me into the building. I am so, SO glad he did. That kind gentleman (I'm so sorry I don't remember his name) introduced me to Christian. Christian then showed me an apartment, walked me through the complex, and my heart sank when I saw how nice it was, because I thought I wasn't going to be able to afford to live in such a wonderful place. Never have I been so happy to be so wrong. My rent is more than fair. If you're looking to move to Downtown Ogden, Colonial Courts is the place to be, hands down. Such a wonderful community of people."
