City Garden

"Do not live here. During the summer the motorcycles are constantly passing through until at least midnight with loud bikes. Also in the summertime the neighboring homes blast their music all night long. In the winter no one hires to clean up the snow it’s pretty bad on the street and in the parking lot. Also, the listed price for rent does not include the “fees” for water and electric for the buildings common areas and the additional packages you can’t decline so, expect +400$ to whatever the listed price is. The management now is somewhat decent but honestly it’s still not great. You’ll have to wait half a week to get a response sometimes or more and be persistent. Moving out fees: I moved out March 1st. I am still seeing fees accumulate for the utilities of the building like the common areas like hallway etc. I looked and they are still billing me for February 1st barely and it’s March 21st and I am at 97$ it’s going to keep accumulating at least +200$ I don’t even live there anymore. Deposit: you won’t see your deposit!!! Don’t bother being a good renter that does not matter here. Make jokes on the wall go nuts! The only thing I liked about this place was not my quiet neighbors or the wonderful property management but the gated parking. Vandalism: if you park your car on the street expect broken windows. People will stew stuff from your car. If people visit you and they park on the street they have been warned."

"The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The doors are constantly broken, the property manager has misplaced a very expensive package of mine, and the cherry on top is when the gate was broken, it took someone over an hour to get here to fix it. This caused me to be late to work. If you can afford to live anywhere else I would highly recommend that."

"My favorite thing about City Garden so far is the property manager, Gia. I’ve lived in multiple apartments very similar to this one in the past, and the thing that sets this one apart from the others is definitely her. All of the other places had the same amenities, the same pricing, the same size, even the same style as this apartment. But, City Garden Apartments is the only apartment that I’ve lived in that has had a genuinely kind and caring person helping me, informing me, and treating me like family. The amazing work done by the property manager is what makes this place different than everywhere else, and what makes City Garden truly feel like home."

"A very neat, tidy, and well-run place in an unbeatable location. Not a lot of competition for city garden in this price range. All the expected amenities. The people are nice. But the main asset here is Kristi, the building manager, who is always available, will go to extreme lengths to solve your any issue and get things done in general. She is effective, caring, and is fun to be around in general. Really enjoying my time here."
